• Registration & submission of entries for minors to be done by a guardian whose legal age is above 18

• Anyone with artistic flair is welcome to participate.

• The contest will begin on 15st Aug, 2020 and end on 30th Aug, 2020

• We must receive your entries before 23:59 on 30th Aug, 2020

• Participation in this contest is entirely voluntary

• A participant, by participating in this contest, hereby represents and warrants that all the submissions are their original works and no copyright and/or trademark and/or other intellectual property rights have been violated by such submission

• A copy of the entries needs to be submitted in JPEG/PNG format only

• Size of the file cannot exceed 5 Mega Bytes (MB)

• Any entry including or depicting anything which is foul, indecent, threatening, discriminatory, vulgar, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, objectionable, inappropriate or against public policy or public morality, shall lead to disqualification of the participant at sole discretion of RRF

• Any Drawing, Painting, Sketching, Doodling, Paper craft, Glass craft and Metal craft must not include words, national flags, or slogans

• Any Drawing, Painting, Sketching, Doodling, Paper craft, Glass craft and Metal craft must not represent any particular individual, organization, or brand name and must not depict any religious theme

• The winners then will be decided by a panel of jury. The winners will be chosen considering most interesting, innovative, creative, original and most popular art

• The Top 3 winners from each age group will be awarded basis the jury’s decision

• If a participant qualifies for multiple prizes then the prize with the higher value will be awarded to him/her

• The participant understands and agrees that the he/she shall not have any claim against RRF, its directors, employees, associates, affiliates, etc., with respect to the use of their art/craft/photograph in any of the social media platforms and/or for any other promotional activities and shall not raise any objection or restriction regarding the use of them at any time in the future

• RRF will NOT use any of the entries for any purpose other than the promotion of the said contest

• The winner of the contest shall win prizes which will be communicated to the winners through online communication or will be posted on the website

• RRF reserves the right to disqualify the partner/s or the winner from the benefits of the contest if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the prize under the contest or otherwise by participating in the contest

• By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the contest rules and warrants that his/her entry complies with all requirements set out in the rules

• This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners

• The participant agrees that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared and otherwise used for the purposes of, and within the context of the contest and any other purposes outlined in the Terms and Conditions as set out herein. The data may also be used by the partner in order to verify the participant's identity, postal address, and telephone number, or to otherwise verify the participant's eligibility to win prizes in the contest.

• The decision of Jury Panel and RRF shall be final and binding on the participants with regards to the interpretation of these rules and regulations.

• The Participant / Voter acknowledge and consent to submitting their contact details allowing RRF to send offers, solicitations or other product brochures to them and for contacting them.

• Disputes, if any, arising out of participation in the contest shall fall within the jurisdiction of the New Delhi courts

• RRF reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/withdraw/vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, the campaign
